CGRabbit is a product studio in Florianópolis, Brazil, that builds custom ordering, catering and delivery systems for US restaurants, caterers and coffee chains: the ordering site, the operations dashboard and a driver app with the restaurant's own brand. Clients pay one monthly price with no per-order fees, the first location goes live in up to 30 days, and the restaurant owns the system and its data.

How much does it cost?
One monthly price, set by how many locations you run and what you need built, with no fee on any order. Setup is a fixed price in the signed scope, and you get the number after the briefing call, before you commit.
Are there per-order fees or commissions?
No. Every order on your own site is yours. You pay one monthly price, whether you take ten orders or ten thousand.
How fast can we go live?
Your first location takes real orders in up to 30 days. Then we switch on the rest of your locations, one by one.
Who owns the system and the customer data?
You do. The system is built for your restaurant, your customer list stays with you, and there is no lock-in.
Which POS systems do you work with?
Clover, Square and Toast. Card payments land in the register you already use, with items, tax and totals matching.
Can we keep ezCater, DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub?
Yes. Keep them for new customers. Their orders can land in the same dashboard as your direct ones, and the customers who come back can order straight from you.
How does support work?
Support runs 24/7 and the first answer comes within 3 hours. Tickets go to an on-call team that already follows your operation.
What changes for our customers?
They order on a site with your brand, pay by card and follow the driver on a live map. Their account keeps every order, with reorder in one click.
Do you build a driver app?
Yes. A driver app with your brand on the App Store, with an item checklist, proof of delivery and live location for the customer's map.
Is there an app for managers?
Yes. A manager app to approve orders, assign drivers and follow deliveries from a phone, next to the full dashboard on desktop.
Do you work in English and on US hours?
Yes. We are in Florianópolis, Brazil, we work in English and we take calls during US Eastern business hours.
What does the contract look like?
A written scope and a signed contract before any build starts. It sets the fixed setup, the monthly price and confidentiality on your data.
Can you move us off our current system?
Yes. We plan the move in the briefing: the menu comes from your POS, and your current channels keep selling until your pilot location takes real orders.
What happens after launch?
A grace period to settle in, then new features every month, included in the plan, and a launch kit to market your new ordering channel.
Do you also do branding and menus?
Yes. Brand manual, mascots, menus, menu boards, signage, social posts and websites, by the same team that builds your system.
