Rented software, paid every month
Orders from their own catering site ran on a rented platform. They paid for it every month and owned none of it.
Now their own site, and the system becomes theirs.
We built Winfield Street Coffee one system for catering: their own ordering site, payments in each store's register, one dashboard and a driver app with their name on it. One monthly price, no per-order fees, and they own it.

This page shows a real system CGRabbit built: a catering ordering site for a multi-location US coffee chain, with card payments into each store's POS, one dashboard for direct and ezCater orders, a branded driver app on the App Store, a live delivery map and live tracking for customers. CGRabbit is a product studio in Florianópolis, Brazil. One monthly price, no per-order fees, live in up to 30 days.
Before
Stores across Connecticut, New York and Florida, and more than one way to order. This is what Winfield was working with before the switch.
Orders from their own catering site ran on a rented platform. They paid for it every month and owned none of it.
Now their own site, and the system becomes theirs.
Orders came from their own site and from ezCater. One ezCater listing never reached any store's register, so those sales were missing from the reports.
Now both channels side by side, in one dashboard.
To let customers see the driver on the way, they were pricing yet another delivery app.
Now their own driver app, and a live map for the customer.
A corporate customer who ordered as a guest couldn't find those orders after creating an account.
Now one account keeps every order, guest ones included.
The system
Follow one catering order from the first click to the front door. Open any card to see the real screens.

Ordering site
Customers pick a store, an event time and the trays, choose the options each tray needs and pay by card, from phone or desktop.
See the real screens ↗Checkout
Card payments run through the register each store already uses: Clover, Square or Toast. At Winfield, that's each store's Clover. The order reaches the right kitchen with items, tax and total matching the register.

Marketplace orders
ezCater keeps bringing in new customers. Those orders land in the same dashboard as direct ones. When customers come back, they can order direct, with no commission per order.

Dashboard
Managers approve orders, assign a driver while seeing who's online and how busy each one is, follow the delivery on a map and get every alert in one place.

Live on the App Store
The app won't let a driver leave until every item is checked off and the loaded car is photographed. Every drop-off closes with a photo and a signature.
See the real screens ↗
Live tracking
Managers see every driver and every delivery in progress on one live map. The customer follows the real driver too, with order and delivery updates by email.
See the real screens ↗Why us
One system for the whole operation, a team on call behind it, and new features every month.
Orders from every channel, payments, drivers, deliveries and customers, across every location. One login, one screen.
Every month we ship improvements built around how your restaurant runs. It's part of the monthly plan, not a new invoice.
Something wrong before a big catering order? Write to us any time of day. A person answers within 3 hours.
Tickets go to a team on call that already follows your operation, so the fix starts before you finish explaining.
Your customers follow the real driver on a live map, so nobody calls asking where the order is.
Every driver and every delivery in progress on one live map, so managers see the whole day at a glance and step in before anything runs late.
A driver app with your brand on the App Store, and a manager app to run the day from a phone.

One dashboard
Direct orders, marketplace orders, payments, drivers, deliveries and customers, for every location, in one place. Approve an order, assign a driver and follow it to the door without switching tablets.
Abandoned carts show who almost ordered, with a way to bring them back.

Included every month
Your system keeps growing with your operation. Each month we ship improvements built around how your team actually works, from event details and allergy notices to new delivery rules.
It's part of the monthly plan. No change requests priced one by one.

Support
Write to us any time, day or night. A person answers within 3 hours, and our monitoring watches payments, the POS, marketplaces and messages around the clock.
Every alert links straight to the order it's about, so nobody has to explain twice.
The real dashboard, shown with sample data.

On-call team
Tickets don't wait in a queue. They go to an on-call team that already knows your stores, your menu and your drivers, and works in the same dashboard you do.
When something breaks on a busy morning, the fix starts right away.
The real dashboard, shown with sample data.

Live tracking
Your driver app shares the driver's live location, and your customer follows it on a map with your brand, plus order and delivery updates by email.
Fewer calls asking where the order is, and a better first impression for every catering client.
Real screen from a driver app we built.

Live delivery map
Every driver online, every delivery of the day and every order still without a driver, on one live map. Managers assign a driver from the list and watch the day move.
Orange means nobody has it yet, so the one thing to act on stands out.

Your apps
A driver app published under your brand on the App Store: assigned deliveries, every item checked before leaving, photo and signature at the door.
And a manager app to approve orders, assign drivers and follow the day from a phone.

Under the hood
Card payments through your POS, Clover, Square or Toast, with protection against duplicate orders. Items, tax and totals match the register.
Orders come in through the ezCater API. The driver's status goes back out on its own.
The site reads each store's catalog, so nobody keeps a second menu by hand.
Payments, tax and data are kept separate for every location, in every state.
Push notifications, item checklist, proof of delivery and live location, published under the brand's own name.
Monitoring of payments, POS, ezCater and messages around the clock, automated tests on every screen size and daily off-site backups.
How we build
A call to map how orders reach you today, what you pay for, what gets retyped and what to build first.
You get your own portal and follow the project in real time: progress, documents and the next steps.
A written scope and a signed contract before any build starts. Fixed setup, flat monthly fee, no per-order fees.
We build your site, dashboard and apps around the tools you already use, with an update every week so you see it take shape.
Your pilot location takes real orders in up to 30 days, end to end. Then the rest, switched on one by one.
Time to settle in after launch. We watch the operation closely, fix what comes up and fine-tune the system to your team.
New features every month and a launch kit to market your new ordering channel, so customers start ordering direct.
You own it
Winfield pays one flat monthly fee, with no per-order fees, and the system becomes theirs after the evaluation period. The same team handles the brand, the software and the support.
